GENERAL: The 366th Fighter Wing located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires 44 tool accessories for use with their SOCO Machinery Co. Computer Numericaly Controlled (CNC) rolling and drawing tube bender. Accessories will enable fabrication of ¼ inch – ¾ inch outside diameter metallic tubes. Tubes are for replacement of unservicable tubes on F-15E aircraft and Aerospace Ground Support Equipment. 2. TUBE BENDER ACCESSORIES MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: The tube bender tooling accessories must (at a minimum) comply with the following critical specifications: 2.1. Physical Characteristics 2.1.1. Be manufactured for use specifically on a SOCO Machinery Co. type SB-39 Auto CNC rolling and drawing tube bender. 2.1.2. Be manufactured to specific tollerances to enable fabrication of tubing to meet acceptable limits for finished tubing assemblies of Technical Order 1F-15E-3-1, paragraph 3-164 -3-171 and Technical Order 42E1-1-1, WP 009 00. 2.1.3. Accessories sizes must facilitate manufacture of all Aluminum, Steel and Titanium alloy tubes measuring from ¼” Outside Diameter to ¾” Outside Diameter expected to be manufactured by the 366th MXS Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM) Section. 2.2. WARRENTY: 2.2.1. Workmanship 1 year 3. Shipping must be included in the quotation. 3.1.1. Contractor shall deliver accessories to Mountain Home AFB ID, 83648 3.1.2. Delivery will be no later than 75 days after date of contract (ADC).
