This is a brand name or equal requirement to purchase three (3) CAN-AM Defender MAX Lonestar Cab Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) and accessories IAW the attached specifications. Alternate products conforming to the required specifications will be considered. These vehicles will be used utilized as an emergency first response unit to cover an extensively large operations and training area with varying terrains and austere conditions. Additionally, an included snow plow and frame will be required.
