This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA4897-22-Q-C018 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04; Effective 01/30/2022. This is a set-aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 332323 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), ID 83648 plans to acquire the following project: replacement of two gate controllers and conversion of one gate to a manual opening IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated: 31 March 2022. The bid schedule and contract CLIN schedule are in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation. A site visit will be hosted on April 14th 2022 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. This will provide vendors with an opportunity to determine what work will be done and the scope thereof.
