The 366th Financial Acquisition Squadron (FAS) has a continuous requirement for replacement and maintenance of carpet and flooring products in multiple facilities on Mountain Home AFB, (MHAFB) ID. The projected IDIQ contracts will require contractors to purchase carpet product from mandatory sourced carpet manufacturers outlined in the AF Mandatory Purchase Guide at their NTE pricing rates. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, labor, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, parts, installation, shipping, delivery, transportation, and all items necessary in the performance of flooring replacement, removal, disposal, and installation of various flooring types and accessories at MHAFB, ID. The Contractor shall remove all flooring materials to accommodate the installation of new materials. The Contractor shall provide a foreman who is currently certified by the International Certified Floor Covering Installers Association, (ICFCIA) Commercial II or higher. The Contractor shall choose one (1) of the four (4) carpet selections and negotiate the Tier I vendors identified in the most current version of the USAF Carpet Ordering Guide. The Contractor shall provide a solution from any one of the Tier I vendors.
