No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs. ***** The primary purpose of this project is the demolition of building 1229, located at Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB) in Mountain Home, Idaho. Building 1229 is on the East side of Bravo Ramp, at the intersection of 12th Avenue and Alpine Street. Building 1229 is a single-story shop structure approximately 90 feet long and 60 feet wide. The facility is constructed atop a slab on grade. Basic construction is metal frame with metal siding and metal roofing. The building contains a main work bay, wash room for mechanical parts, boiler room, several offices, and a break room. Windows are metal-framed units. A site visit will be conducted on 13 December 2019 at 0930 at Building 1229. All base access should be coordinated through Chuck Kalina through email at charles.kalina@us.af.mil.
