Operation and service of the base's 0.85 Million Gallon per Day (MGD) Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) wastewater treatment facility. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to accomplish these functions. The contractor shall operate the Mountain Home AFB Class III wastewater treatment plant, and reuse water systems, in accordance with industry standards, federal, state and local regulations. The contractor shall adhere to requirements of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, State of Idaho Wastewater Reuse permit and all additions and or amendments to all permits and rules throughout the life of the contract. The contractor shall adhere to all permit associated plans pertaining to wastewater collections and treatment.
