Solicitation, Repair Roof for B900, FA489719RA016 is solicited as an request for proposal (RFP). This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238160 with a size standard of $15M. Period of performance will be 90 calendar days. The project magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote is the lowest price and meets the requirements. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without correspondence, but reserves the right to correspond with contractors, if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation. Site visit will be held 22 July 2019 at 10:00 am MST. Contractors needing access to Mountain Home AFB shall submit the SFS Form 30 no later than 18 May 2019 by 12:00 PM MST.
