FA489719R0A005 Synopsis The 366th Financial Acquisition Squadron (FAS) intends to solicit competitively for Remotely Controlled Vehicles and their operators at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards which will be outlined in the forthcoming Performance Work Statement (PWS). A contract (subject to availability of funds) may result from the solicitation. The Period of Performance will be from approximately 25 September - 10 October 2019. The proposed contract action is being set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code proposed for this requirement is 336111 - Automobile Manufacturing. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 15 April 2019, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at https://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. To be eligible for contract award, vendors must complete Offeror Representations and Certifications along with vendor registration on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov/SAM/. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at the 366th Financial Acquisition Squadron, 366 Gunfighter Way (Bldg. 512), Suite #2102, Mountain Home AFB ID on 6 May 2019 at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3) on 366th SFS Form 30 to SSgt Matthew Henry at matthew.henry.18@us.af.mil, or Mike Bardsley at michael.bardsley.4@us.af.mil no later than 24 April 2019, 4:30 p.m. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and assure adequate seating for the conference attendees.
