This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA489719QA240 is solicited as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-05, Effective 13 Aug 2019. This is a set-aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 337125 with a size standard of 750 Employees. The purpose of this COMBO is for the storage system that conforms to production and storage needs in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
