Description: The 366th Contracting Squadron at Mountain Home AFB, ID intends to issue Solicitation FA489719BA003 on or about 15 March 2018. Work will consist of replace exiting, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, equipment, ductwork that serve the grit blasting area. Reconfigure the vent on the exiting dust collection system to discharge outside. Construct approximately 11'x32' addition. Modify fire protection system in new and repaired areas and install new mass notification system and upgrade existing fire alarm system etc. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and specifications and drawings. This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Period of performance will be 365 calendar days. The project magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
