USAF/AMIC, supporting JWAC, seeks capable sources for Supply Chain Support requiring subject-matter expertise in supply chain analysis/modeling and customization of tools/databases, plus software for visualization, analytics, functional decomposition, and secure-network operation. Performance is onsite at Naval Support Activity Dahlgren, VA 22448, and vendors must have a valid Top Secret Facility Security Clearance validated via CAGE; contractor personnel will need TS/SCI/SAP from day one, and software must operate on TS/SCI/SAP networks such as JWICS. The anticipated contract type is FFP with a one-year base period plus four option years. This is an RFI only for market research, not an RFP, and the Government will not pay costs incurred in responding or commit to award. Vendors with valid FCL may review the classified requirement via JWICS or onsite at JWAC between 4–20 Nov 2026, and JWAC may hold a classified industry day based on responses.
