North Warning System (NWS) Rotary Airlift Services

The United States Air Force intends to solicit for nonpersonal airlift services to deliver personnel, cargo, and bulk supplies to North Warning System radar sites in the Canadian Arctic. The performance of services will occur entirely outside the United States. Funds are not presently available for this contract, and no award will be made until they are. The anticipated period of performance includes a 30-day transition, an 11-month base period, and four one-year option periods. The contract will be a single Firm Fixed Price contract with Cost Reimbursable line items, resulting from a full and open, best-value source selection.
