North Warning System (NWS) Heavy Fixed Wing (HFW) Airlift Transportation Services

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide heavy fixed-wing airlift transportation services to deliver bulk fuel, oversized cargo, and supplies to North Warning System radar sites in the Canadian Arctic. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period with four one-year options, and the government anticipates making the contract award on or about June 9, 2026. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price with Cost Reimbursable line items, and performance will occur entirely outside the United States at the specified Arctic sites. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until they are. This is a full and open competitive procurement, and the primary means of communication and document dissemination will be via email and the PIEE system.
