The opportunity has been amended to add Government Q&A responses and a revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation with changes in Sections 1.1.2 and 2. Air Combat Command requires robust Tactical Data Link interoperability for USAF, Joint, and coalition forces, supported by a modern relational database and analysis toolset for the iSMART process. The contractor must provide an existing commercial off-the-shelf software solution, including licenses, updates, training, and technical support. The toolset will populate, edit, analyze, and manage TDL message data, platform implementations, interoperability evaluations, and mission planning across the TDL enterprise. All software must meet the requirements in Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement.
