AMENDMENT 0001 Incorporates revisions to RFP Attachments: 3,4,5 (PWSs), Atch 11 Section L, Atch 12 Section M, Atch 13 (Section B) and provides answers to Questions in the Consolidated Q and A. Most changes are admin in nature, but several CLINs are changed from option to base, or base to option. A Summary of changes document is included for ease of tracking revisions. You must acknowledge receipt of all amendments by signing them and including the signature page of the SF1442 in your proposal response IAW L-8.4.1. US Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) requires execution of 11 small-scale design-build construction projects located at nine (9) different sites: 1) Agua Prieta, Mexico, 2) Veracruz, Mexico, 3) Hermosillo, Mexico, 4) San Lucas, Mexico, 5) Tumaco, Colombia, 6) Turbo, Colombia, 7) Rio Negro, Colombia, 8) Christ Church, Barbados, and 9) Panama City, Panama. Each separate project will be constructed to the respective host nation building codes and is subject to the $750,000 statutory cap IAW 10 USC 284c. Prime Contractors are also required to use a host nation subcontractor and local national labor force in the country where work will be performed.
