AMENDMENT 0003 - Due to an error when executing amendment 0002 in the PIEE Solicitation Module, Amendment 0003 is required (administrative change only) to extend the proposal due date within PIEE to 1200 on 30 Aug 2023 to match the RFP and Section L as updated in the previous Amendment 0002. There are no actual changes as a result of Amendment 0003, but offerors must acknowledge receipt, note that the change to due date (and therefore Amendment 0003) are effective 18 Aug 2023. AMENDMENT 0002 Incorporates revisions to RFP Attachments: 1-7 (PWSs), Atch 8 Section L, Atch 10 - Section B, CLIN pricing Sheet, and provides answers to Questions in the Atch 11 - Consolidated Q and A. Most changes are admin in nature, but several CLINs are changed from option to base, or base to option. A Summary of changes document is included for ease of tracking revisions. You must acknowledge receipt of all amendments by signing them and including the signature page of the SF1442 in your proposal response IAW L-8.4.1. To access the revised AMENDMENT 0002 documents, you must access the PIEE solicitation module, then scroll down to find the 0002 amendment link. AMENDMENT 0001 added the site visit date for Ghana, provides answers to questions, and clarifies aspects of SECTION L (highlighted). US Europe Command (EUCOM) and US Africa Command (AFRICOM) requires execution of 20 small-scale design-build construction projects located at five (5) different sites: 1) Tbilisi, Georgia, 2) Mamisoni, Georgia, 3) Diklo, Georgia, 4) Port of Constanta, Romania, and 5) Afloa, Ghana. Each separate project will be constructed to the respective host nation building codes and is subject to the $750,000 statutory cap IAW 10 USC 284c. Prime Contractors are also required to use a host nation subcontractor and local national labor force in the country where work will be performed.
