AMENDMENT 0003 Incorporates minor updates to Atch 6 Section L, admin in nature. You must acknowledge receipt of all amendments by signing them and including the signature page of the SF1442 in your proposal response IAW L-8.4.1. AMENDMENT 2 Incorporates PWS revisions Atch 1,2,3, Atch 5 Section B and Atch 6 Section L updates, and provides an answer to one additional Question in Atch 8. Most changes are admin in nature, but CLIN 0005 is changed to an option. A Summary of changes document is included for ease of tracking revisions. You must acknowledge receipt of all amendments by signing them and including the signature page of he SF1442 in your proposal response IAW L-8.4.1. AMENDMENT 1 Removes the project in Jordan (previously CLIN 0010) entirely from this RFP, including Section B, L and M (highlighted). Updates the site visit date for Gulbahor, UZ from 02 Aug 2023 to 10 Aug 2023, and provides answers to questions. US Central Command (USCENTCOM) requires execution of NINE (9) small-scale design-build construction projects located at TWO (2) different sites: 1) Dahana, Tajikistan, and 2) Gulbahor, Uzbekistan. Each separate project will be constructed to the respective host nation building codes and is subject to the $750,000 statutory cap IAW 10 USC 284c. Prime Contractors are also required to use a licensed host nation subcontractor (must be cleared and listed in the PWS Appendix A for Tajikistan and Uzbekistan) and local national labor force in the country where work will be performed. This solicitation is offered for full and open competition. To be considered awardable, a proposal must be submitted for the full scope of work to include all options. Proposals that fail to include the full scope of work (or only propose to a portion of the work, base requirement, etc.) will not be evaluated. Related Notice (RFI): FA4890-23-R-CN14.
