Change solicitation of this requirement from a Small Business Set-Aside to Unrestricted (Full and Open Competition). 2. Extend the quote due date to 20 September 2023 at 8:00 a.m. EDT. 3. Update clauses and provisions. 4. Revisions to Section L. 5. All quoters shall submit their pricing and sign SF-1449 document titled (Solicitation Amendment 01, FA489023Q00460001, NC RBDF Comm Net Expan). 6. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation number FA489023Q0046 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04.NORTHCOM Bahamas T4 Commnications Network Expansion. The Government intends to award firm fixed price contract. In order to be considered for award, shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Failure to provide the required information in the requested f ormat may result in quotes not being considered for award. Attachments 1 (Procurement Workbook) and 2 (Performance Work Statement) apply to this RFQ and any subsequent award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote preparation costs.
