Make additional revisions to Attachment 1, Procurement Workbook as follows: corrects the EXCEL math formulas so the CLINs add up properly on the Total CLIN Summary Tab. 2. Quoters shall complete the SF-1449 document titled (Solicitation Amendment - FA489023Q00350003) by complying with all instructions in accordance with the 52.212-1 Addendum. 3. Quotes are due NLT Wednesday, 6 September 2023 at 8 AM EDT. 4. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the RFQ due date to no later than Wednesday, 6 September 2023 at 8 AM EDT. 2. Make revisions to Attachment 1, Procurement Workbook as follows: corrects the EXCEL math formulas so the CLINs add up properly on the Total CLIN Summary Tab. 3. Quoters shall complete the SF-1449 document titled (Solicitation Amendment - FA489023Q00350002) by complying with all instructions in accordance with the 52.212-1 Addendum. 4. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: Make changes to the Attachment 1, Procurement Workbook. For Peru, on the Requirement, Proposal, and Schedule Tabs, classes are changed from virtual to on-site. On the POD Tab, Peru is now POD-4 and Chile is POD-5. Make changes to the Attachment 2, SOW. All references to Virtual Training are removed. Publishes the Questions and Answers submitted by potential quoters. The Questions and Answers will be Attachment 3 to the RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation number FA489023Q0035 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. SOUTHCOM Cyber Security Training. The Government intends to award firm fixed price contract. In order to be considered for award, shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Failure to provide the required information in the requested format may result in quotes not being considered for award. Attachments 1 (Procurement Workbook) and 2 (Statement of Work) apply to this RFQ and any subsequent award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote preparation costs.
