Attachment 2 - Procurement Workbook (PWB) Ghana Boarder Security UAS, Spares and Training Rev 1 has been revised. 2.) Attachment 3 - USG Answers to Questions and Answers Ghana Boarder Security UAS, Spares, and Training is now part of the RFQ. 3.) Update Addendums for Provisions 52.212-1(Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Quoters) and 52.212-2 (Evaluation Factors for Award). 4.) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation will remain same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation number FA489023Q0028 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04.FY22 Ghana UAS Procurement. The Government intends to award firm fixed price contract. In order to be considered for award, shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Failure to provide the required information in the requested format may result in quotes not being considered for award. Attachments 1 (Statement of Work) and 2 (Procurement Workbook) apply to this RFQ and any subsequent award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote preparation costs.
