T... Amendment 1:??The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ due date to no later than Friday, 18 August 2023 at 10 AM EDT. It publishes the Questions and Answers submitted by potential quoters. The Questions and Answers will be Attachment 3 to the RFQ. It also makes changes to Attachment 1, Procurement Workbook as follows: the Requirement and Proposal Tabs, Nomenclature and Descriptions, Columns E and F, and Tab A - M9 Medical Aid Backpack, minimum salient characteristics. This equipment will be used to generate trained and ready forces for maritime and border security operations and is derived from the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Line of Effort to disrupt regional and transregional terrorist organizations and maintain freedom of movement and access in accordance with 10 U.S.C. Section 333. This program supports the Integrated Country Strategy objective to build Uzbekistan institutional capacity to counter and mitigate threats to stability and sovereignty while becoming an effective and influential partner in ensuring regional and global security.
