Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ due date to no later than Friday, 11 August 2023 at 12 PM EDT. It also publishes the Questions and Answers submitted by potential quoters and updates SF-1449 Section I. The Questions and Answers will be attachment 3 to the RFQ. All other RFQ terms and conditions remain remain the same. The Air Force Acquisition Management & Integration Center (AMIC), PKDB, Hampton, Virginia, has issued this Solicitation, FA489023Q0026, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquistion Procedures for the CENTCOM Kazakhstan Schoolhouse Supplies. This award will require delivery of the supplies no later than 365 calendar days after award. Attached to this solicitation is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, Atch 1--Performance Workbook (PWB) and Atch 2--Statement of Work (SOW). All questions and comments on this solicitation must be submitted in writing to stephen.copetas.4.ctr@us.af.mil and delvin.whitlock.1@us.af.mil no later than 12 PM EDT, 27 July 2023. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: "FA489023Q0026-Solicitation_CENT Kazakhstan Schoolhouse Supplies". The contracting officer reserves the right to answer questions only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by AMIC/PKDB, Hampton, Virginia. The award will be based on criteria etablished in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 12:00 PM EDT on 4 August 2023 to stephen.copetas.4.ctr@us.af.mil and delvin.whitlock.1@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: "Quote_FA489023Q0026-Solicitation_CENT Kazakhstan Schoolhouse Supplies". In addition to everything else required by the solicitation, all quoters submitting a quote must have and list with the quote the vendors assigned cage code and UID and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
