This NOTICE OF A SOLE SOURCE AWARD is being published in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C); The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611 and the Business Size Standard is $16,500,000.00. The Acquisition Management and Integration Center, 300 Exploration Way, Hampton, Virginia, 23666 awarded a sole source task order to acquire the services necessary to provide support for the ACC/A589 Staff Support Requirement. The Government awarded a Firm-Fixed Price Level Oof Effort (FFP LOE) sole source bridge task order: FA489023F0021 to Oasis Systems, LLC, 200 Summit Drive Suite 510, Burlington, MA, 01803. This task order will provide contractor support to perform aspects of the Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) to include Program Objective Memorandum (POM) preparation efforts; activities related to Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS); functions related to developing and maintaining the various Core Function Support Plans (CFSPs); Combat Air Force Strategic Planning Process; provides technical and analytical support for advanced programs; support of Directed Energy (DE) pursuits; CAF Human Systems Integration Capabilities; development of CAF Distributed Mission Operations (DMO), Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) requirements and cross domain solutions; and Next Generation pursuit until a new contract is in place. The required period of performance will have a base period of 3-months (1 Jan 2023 - 31 March 2023 and two 3-month option periods of performance from 1 April 2023 to 30 September 2023.
