The Contractor shall provide complete Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) Adversary Air (ADAIR) services including (but not limited to) aircraft, pilots, aircraft maintenance, support equipment, logistics support, and program management to meet PWS requirements for ACC/A3TO, the 33rd Fighter Wing, the 325th Fighter Wing, the 56th Fighter Wing, Eglin AFB, FL (with operations at Tyndall AFB, FL), and Luke AFB, AZ.
