The U.S. Air Force, Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC), anticipates procuring a Multiple Award IDIQ contract in support of Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for CN>’s (DASD-CN>) missions around the globe, targeting terrorist groups worldwide that use narcotics trafficking and other organized crime to support terrorist activities by deploying CN assets, in cooperation with foreign governments, to regions where terrorists benefit from illicit drug revenue or use drug smuggling systems. AMIC intends to make multiple Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract awards under a single solicitation. The contract will consist of two NAICS pools. NAICS 611430 will be a total small business set aside. NAICS 561210 will be full and open to small and large businesses. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources in regards to commercial practices to obtain the required services, as well as the capability of industry in providing the required services within our military environment. Your input will greatly assist in the finalization of this solicitation. The Period of Performance for the IDIQ is expected to be a nine (9)-year ordering period, with an anticipated award date on or about October 2022. The Request for Proposal (RFP) release date is to be determined. Draft documents are posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement. This is a DRAFT RFP. Information in the solicitation may be subject to change. This is not a formal request for proposal and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. The Government will be accepting inputs, suggestions, questions and clarifications through 11 August 2021. Formal responses may not be provided, inputs will be utilized in the finalization of this solicitation.
