PLEASE REVIEW SECTIONS L & M, AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK, IN ORDER TO INCORPORATE YOUR INPUT. The Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) -Squadron Operations Center (SOC) Enterprise Program provides for the sustainment of RPA-SOC mission systems, the operations and maintenance of equipment, and design/development of systems in support of combat lines. It provides critical C2 data, voice inter-connectivity and video relays to enable pilots and sensor operators to fly and control RPA worldwide for Air Combat Command (ACC), Air National Guard (ANG), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Education and Training Command (AETC). This ACC Acquisition Management Integration Center (AMIC) managed program requires RPA satellite communication sites support at Ramstein AB, Germany, and Kadena AB, Japan. The resultant contract's obligations include equipment purchases, warehousing those materials and spare parts, and installation of SOC baseline systems across the enterprise There is also a requirement to provide a help desk function supporting the entire RPA SOC enterprise system.
