9th Air Force requires continuous, uninterrupted support of the Surveillance and Tracking Radar Processors (STRAP) and associated radar and sensor data information equipment be provided within the USC... 9th Air Force requires continuous, uninterrupted support of the Surveillance and Tracking Radar Processors (STRAP) and associated radar and sensor data information equipment be provided within the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations necessary to support USCENTCOM’s mission objectives. The anticipated requirement is for radar and sensor data services to be provided to the Battlespace Command and Control Center-Theater (BC3-T), AOR Air Traffic Control (ATC) facilities, and other sensor/nodes as designated by 9th Air Force Operations Directorate. The contractor shall provide services that encompass the delivery of design, engineering and integration; hardware and software installation; distant-end and on-site training; remote monitoring capabilities and assessments; and sustainment and logistics support for all equipment managed under 9th Air Force’s STRAP program.
