The following revisions were made to Attachment 1 – Spectrum Monitoring System Specifications: Paragraph D1 added the minimum sensitivity requirement of 125dBM Paragraph D16 clarified the on-call support to be available via telephone Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM EST. Paragraph D17 clarified the warranty requirement of one year parts and software to be consistent with commercial warranties in accordance with FAR 12.404.
