NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: HQ ACC AMIC, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA intends to award a sole source modification to Contract FA489020P0015 to CRFS. CRFS will be providing an upgrade to the existing RFEye spectrum monitoring system at Langley Air Force Base. This modification will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 29 April 2021. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The closing date for this Synopsis is 29 April 2021 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
