This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought; all costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized onto the Government Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management Integration Center (ACC AMIC) PKBC, Hurlburt Field, FL in support of the 29th Training Systems Squadron (29 TSS) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could support Technical and Management Advisory Support Services for the 29 TSS. This announcement closes 4:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, 30 November 2022. The Government is seeking input from all sources (small and large businesses) at this time and a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement. If the respondee is a part of a GSA Multiple Award Schedule or IDIQ service contract vehicle, please include contract number and schedule/vehicle information in the Sources Sought response. FAR 52.215-3: (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Sources Sought, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This Sources Sought is for planning and market research purposes only and should not be considered as a request for proposals or as a solicitation to do business with the Government. The 29 TSS Requires a contractor to provide A&AS to the 29 TSS. This includes engineering and non-engineering A&AS in support of the successful accomplishment of the mission area requirements. The Contractor shall provide Direct Primary Support to accomplish the A&AS requirements stated in the PWS (e.g., engineering, and non-engineering technical services, management, and professional acquisition support). Performance will consist of a base year and four full year options. This is a new requirement; there is currently no incumbent. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (please limit to no more than 50 pages total) outlining your company's key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement.
