Please provide a capability statement in response to this posting in PDF formatted literature not to exceed fifteen pages in length. The mission requirement is to sustain JWAC’s existing capability to model, simulate, study, design and reverse engineer oil and gas steady state and dynamic refinery processes to produce and deliver analysis results to meet customer mission tasks and needs. Modeling. JWAC requires modeling described as the act of building a model. The model shall be true to the system it represents. JWAC requires the capability to build, manage and analyze models. Simulation. JWAC requires simulation defined as the process of using a model to study the behavior and performance of an actual or theoretical system. The simulation shall use the model to explore and study states in the laboratory that would not be possible without access to the actual system. Using simulation models, JWAC requires the capability to build, operate, analyze and manage specially, oil and gas processes. See attachment for more information.
