Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management Integration Center (ACC AMIC), Langley AFB VA, is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal services for the curriculum development and initial instructor training for 14F Air Force Specialty (AFS) Initial Skills Training, here after known as the 14F contract. The 14F contract will provide curriculum creation and instructor training services with the 333rd Training Squadron (333 TRS) located at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contract may be modified in the future to include additional locations and training. The contractor will perform to the standards specified in this contract Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 5). The place of performance for TS/SCI content development will be at Hurlburt Filed or Kessler AFB. Non-TS/SCI content is to be developed at the contractor facility. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources at this time to determine if this acquisition should remain a total small business set-aside under the auspices of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19. Small Business concerns are highly encouraged to respond to this request. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611710 with a size standard of $15M.
