This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is FA4890-19-Q-JWAC-2874. The Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) is issuing a Request for Quote to procure Oil and Gas Process Simulation Software for JWAC, which is located at the Naval Support Facility Dahlgren in Dahlgren, Virginia. The provider shall provide all hardware, personnel, supervision, and security clearances (if applicable), to support Oil and Gas Process Simulation Software. JWAC requires support services for specified tasks within JWAC’s General Services (GENSER), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) offices. The mission requirement is to sustain JWAC's existing capability to model, simulate, study, design, and reverse engineer oil and gas steady state and dynamic refinery processes to produce and deliver required analysis.
