The Government is requesting information on industry capability to provide the C2 software system referenced in section 1.0. The Government currently utilizes the Multi Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) and Tactical Display Framework (TDF) systems by Raytheon Solipsys to support the Range Operations and Requirements Office. The Government is seeking to determine if MSCT and TDF software are the best products to meet the Government's C2 requirements. If industry can provide an alternative solution to meet mission needs, the Government requests realistic estimates related to the time, resources and cost associated with the development of proposed system.
