This announcement constitutes as a solicitation and proposals are being requested. 2. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract, with a 5 year Period of Performance (PoP) from 23 March 2020 - 22 September 2025. Base Period: 23 MAR 2020 - 22 MAR 2021 (12 Months) Option Year I: 23 MAR 2021 - 22 MAR 2022 (12 Months) Option Year II: 23 MAR 2022 - 22 MAR 2023 (12 Months) Option Year III: 23 MAR 2023 - 22 MAR 2024 (12 Months) Option Year IV: 23 MAR 2024 - 22 MAR 2025 (12 Months) Six Month Extension: 23 MAR 2025 - 22 SEP 2025 3. In order to be considered for award, offerors must adhere to all requirements detailed herein. Description: The objective of this requirement is intended to support the OHWS program through prehabilitation to decrease the impact of neck and back pain. Decreasing neck and back pain will have a positive impact on aircrew retention. 5. Evaluation: The Government intends to utilize a full tradeoff evaluation methodology that meets all the requirements listed in the Evaluation - Commercial Items (52.212-2), Attachment 2. 6.
