The contractor will procure, install, program, and test an electronic standalone Access Control System for four designated entry points at Luke AFB, AZ, per the attached statement of work. Funds are not currently available, and no award will be made until funding is secured; the government may also cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing offeror costs. Quoted pricing must remain firm through September 30, 2026, unless market volatility requires stating a maximum holding period.
