The requirement is for well maintenance at Luke AFB, Arizona. The contractor will extract, overhaul, and reinstall one deep well turbine pump set at approximately 560 feet, including rebuilding a 150 HP surface motor, overhauling the bowl assembly to 1050 GPM at 580 feet TDH, rehabilitating the 18-inch wellbore, and commissioning the system to DoW and Air Force standards. All labor, materials, heavy rigging, and engineering supervision are to be provided by the contractor. Note that funds are not currently available, and no award will be made until funds are available; the government may cancel the solicitation without reimbursement.
