Luke AFB seeks a vendor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services for maintenance and repairs of its active vehicle barrier systems. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base year plus four option years, and this requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Performance will take place at Luke AFB in Arizona. A site visit is scheduled for 13 August 2026, with questions due by 17 August 2026. Note that funds are not presently available, and the Government may cancel the solicitation at any time.
