Luke Air Force Base, AZ requires an Immersive Force-on-Force Training system. Evaluation will be based on price, technical capability, and past performance, with technical and past performance combined equally important as price. Technical acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached solicitation document. All questions must be submitted by close of business 5 August 2026. Funds are not currently available, so award will only be made once funds are secured, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
