This RFQ is for the delivery of smoke oil for the Luke Air Force Base 2026 Air Show, with performance at Luke AFB. The delivery must be completed on or before March 19th, 2026. The government notes that funds are not presently available for this effort and no award will be made until they are. Only fuel used will be charged to the government, with unused fuel returned by the contractor. Offerors must provide a full capabilities statement for the simulator being offered to determine technical acceptability.
