See the attached Amendment 0001 for full details. ******************************************************************** The Department of the Air Force, 56 Contracting Squadron, is solicitating a request for proposal for Buildings 1383 and 1384 Inside Plant (ISP) Replacement and Building 123 Fiber Optic Work at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Please reference the documents attached to this RFP which provide all details of the required work to be performed. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday 26 June 2025 at 0800am MST (Arizona does not participate in daylight savings time). Any personnel needing base passes should meet at the South Gate Visitors Center at 0700 with a REAL-ID compliant ID or 2 forms of unexpired acceptable alternative identification. RFIs are due to the Points of Contact by 1100am MST on 3 July 2025 using Attachment 12 - RFI Log, attached to this solicitation notice. Any RFIs submitted after this deadline may not be considered for response. Proposals are due electronically to the Points of Contact for this solicitation no later than 21 July 2025 by 1200pm MST. Department of the Air Force, 56 Contracting Squadron, will solicit for Buildings 1383 and 1384 Inside Plant (ISP) Replacement and Building 123 Fiber Optic work to Bldg. 528 and Bldg. 530 at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction with a small business size standard of $45 million. This solicitation will be for a Firm Fixed Price contract which will require the following work, but not limited to Inside Plant (ISP) Replacement including removing existing outdated and abandoned-in-place (AIP) CAT-3/CAT-5 wiring, installing new rack cabinets, AC power for rack cabinets, relocation of existing equipment, engineer, furnish, install and test an upgrade to the ISP wiring and new NIPR CAT-6 cabling. In addition, the Fiber Optic work includes the installation of 2100 feet of fiber optic cable from Building 123 to Buildings 528 and 530, including work in the underground conduit system utilizing maintenance holes, hand holes to install fiber optic cable, fiber optic distribution panel, cable racks, a network switch, UPS and engineer, furnish, install and test the new fiber optic cable system.
