Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to pursue an acquisition for an Explosive Trace Detector. Any quotes submitted in response to this RFQ will be evaluated utilizing price, technical capability, and past performance, wherein technical and past performance, when combined, are equally as important as price. The criteria for technical acceptance can be found in the attached solicitation document; FAR 52.212-2. Please review all the attached documents for more information. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DEADLINE (5/27/2025): The deadline to submit any questions related to this RFQ is May 27th, 2025 @ 1900 EDT. Questions MUST be submitted via email to the POCs utilizing the attached RFI Log. QUOTE SUBMISSION DEADLINE (6/5/2025): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is June 5th, 2025 @ 1900 EDT. Vendors must submit their quotes to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for contract award.
