We will escort you onto the base and ensure that all necessary paperwork and security protocols are completed. Please plan to arrive at the South Gate Visitors Center by 10:30 am to allow time for check-in and processing. We will then proceed to the project site as a group. If you are planning to attend the site visit, please RSVP to this notification by Monday January 20th, 2025 so that we can ensure an accurate headcount for base access. Luke AFB intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Service contract based on responses of this Request For Quote (RFQ) for Kitchen Fire Suppression Inspection services. Performance Work Statement and Appendix is provided for review. Responses are due to the identified Points of Contact by 24 January 2025 at 3pm Mountain Standard Time (MST). A site visit is not scehduled at this time. If a site visit is desired, the request must be submitted No later than 5 January 2025 by 0800 MST with a later date to be posted upon availability.
