This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) Luke AFB intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for F-16C/D plugs and covers. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 2 days after the synopsis notification. Award of the contract will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards to be outlined in the Solicitation.

Interested vendors must include pricing for printing the 425th Fighter Squadron logo and aircraft tail number on each requested item. The logo and tail numbers will be provided by the customer upon award of the contract. This is a brand name or equal requirement and any proposed products that can meet the capabilities and specifications of the products listed below will be considered. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), in which the quote with the lowest evaluated price that meets or exceeds the acceptability standards outlined in this solicitation shall be selected for award.
