The 56th Contracting Squadron at Luke Air Force Base is looking to purchase GSA cerified Security Cabinets in accordance with the attached salient characteristics. This is a name brand or equal requirement. Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) MUST be emailed to the point of contacts listed below. Alternative line items may be proposed in accordance with FAR 52.204-22. Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree to all instructions and procedures described herein. Quotes are due no later than 27 August 2024 by 1:00 PM EST / 10:00 AM Arizona time. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the primary point of contact listed below no later than 26 August 2024 by 11:00 AM EST / 8:00 AM Arizona time. Luke Air Force Base intends to issue a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order (PO) for GSA-Approved Security Filing Cabinets. The PO will consist of quantities listed in the solicitation. Proposed GSA-Approved Security Filing Cabinets should meet the needs and characteristics of the attached salient characteristics document. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 1 day of this notice.
