The PO will consist of quantities listed in the solicitation. This solicitation will also use pricing submitted to issue a a five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). When completing the solicitation pricing schedule, ensure all fields are filled out completely as unit prices will be used as the price list for the BPA. Responses with fields not completed will not be considered. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Responses shall included evidence/documentation of the "or equal" claim. Any responses that do not included sufficient detail to determine "or equal" will be considered not acceptable.
