This requirement is for the handling of personal property and household goods (HHG) of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, including preparation for shipment and/or storage, transport of such items... This requirement is for the handling of personal property and household goods (HHG) of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, including preparation for shipment and/or storage, transport of such items, and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM). The primary areas of performance where the majority of the services shall be performed will be in AZ counties: Zone 16: Gila, Zone 17: Graham, Greenlee, Zone 18: Maricopa, Pinal Potential vendors will be required to conduct pre-move surveys, weigh HHG, prepare and pack HHG, containerizing, as well as tagging, inventorying, and reporting in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) . In the event that it is required, vendors must service appliances for shipment as well as potentially store HHG. Vendors will be responsible for inventorying, marking shipping containers, and maintaining shipment documentation IAW the PWS.
