Insu... Amendment FA488723Q00350001 The purpose of this amendment is to add an updated wage determination and to add a question and anser document. The due date for this soliciation will not be extended. Insulation Removal & Repair Services in accordance with the attached solicitation and attached statement of work (all details are listed in these documents and should be reviewed). All work should be completed within 30 business days and work is to be performed at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Work will include: Remove all overhead batt insulation from under side of roof including any loose, stuck or any remanence of the insulation. Remove all overhead wires and straps involved in securing existing insulation. Dispose of all removed insulation, wires, and straps as well as clean-up work site extremely well to prevent FOD hazard. Remove and replace East side wall insulation above hangar doors only where damaged and deteriorating existing wall insulation stands. If a site visit is requested, please notify Jacqueline Aranda @ jacqueline.aranda.1@us.af.mil no later than 31 July 2023 by end of day. A site visit will be scheduled on either 2 August or 3 August 2023. You will receive email confirmation no later than Tuesday, 1 August 2023 the date, time, and location for the site visit, if requested. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted to Jacqueline Aranda @ jacqueline.aranda.1@us.af.mil and are due no later than 3 August 2023 by end of day. Questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation shortly thereafter.
