Laser Systems GC-300 Laser Cleaning System for the 56 LRS Vehicle Maintenance Unit at Luke AFB, AZ. This is a brand name or equal requirement and any proposed system that has similar characteristics to those listed in the attached document "23Q0018 - Salient Characteristics - 7 Apr 2023" will be considered. Additional Requirements: In accordance with Air Force Instruction 48-139 (1.1.3), any requirement involving 1M, 2M, 3R, 3B, or 4 FDA-Compliant Lasers MUST be fully compliant with Title 21, CFR, Parts 1010 and/or 1040, and have a FDA accession number issued to the manufacturer by the FDA or at least have compliance paperwork on file with the FDA for verification. Please include the accession number or compliance paperwork when submitting a quote. Also, please note Section I of the attached document "23Q0018 - Solicitation - 11 Apr 2023" which contains the text of DFARS 252-204.7024 - Notice on the Use of the Supplier Performance Risk System. This new guidance requires the consideration of SPRS risk assessments when evaluating all quotes and offers received in response to solicitations. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the Point of Contact no later than 28 April 2023 by 4:00 PM PDT. Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response.
