Six (6) of eight (8) under dispenser containments (UDCs), the unleaded and diesel transition sumps, and all three submersible turbine sumps, failed the hydrostatic tests. Post inspection visual assessments found that some of the rubber boots around penetrating piping were damaged or missing. 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date. Offers will now be due by 21 February 2023 by 1000 EST. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 14 February 2023 at 0930.
